The Gold Star Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a queer, BIPOC, survivor-led movement building real-world safety, economic freedom, and healing for women, queer people, and marginalized survivors of violence.
Founded by Serial Survivor and Entrepreneur Titeänyä Marie Rodríguez, our work exists at the intersection of survivor advocacy, economic justice, and community care. We create survivor-designed technology, direct-to-survivor resources, transformative programs, and healing-centered spaces built by survivors, for survivors—because the systems meant to protect us have too often failed the people who need them most.
Rooted in lived experience and collective care, The Gold Star Society is committed to creating pathways to safety, stability, empowerment, and freedom for survivors navigating the aftermath of violence, exploitation, trafficking, and systemic harm.
We don’t just respond to harm.
We build what comes after.
